Nitro's journey begins on coffee plantations. We select the highest quality coffee beans and source them directly from producers through a direct trade model. We then roast our coffees with great care; the roasting profile is specially developed for cold extraction and tailored to each coffee.

Cold brew extraction is carried out using our proprietary Hardtank technology. This patented method offers a higher caffeine content and a more layered and rich aroma compared to classic cold brew or hot brewed coffees. It also allows more valuable nutrients to be extracted from the coffee beans.
